15th Year in the Ministry
Today December 13, 2015 marks the 15th Year foundation of our Shrine which is Luntiang Aghama Natural Divine Arts Shrine of Healing Inc. and for 15 years we have maintained our online presence to the cyberworld in giving a venue for sharing information about metaphysics, psychism, alternative spirituality and healthcare as well as a venue for expressing and practicing our faith as Filipino Neo Pagans. For 15 years, we dedicate our shrine in providing spiritual awareness about our beliefs and practices of Neo Paganism and reach out to our fellow Pagans nationwide through the Power of Internet. Within those years, we have met and made prominent personalities that could be considered to be the pioneers of Modern Paganism in our Country and I am so honored to be working with them as a co propagator and revivalist of this new religious movement in the Philippines.
I am thankful to Nap Engkanto, Atty. Jeof “Drake” Rabago, Eric Silva, Ishilta Casi, Christian Fernandez, Marlon Toledo Lacsama, Christopher See, Cael Parcia Pinto, Rene Espinosa, Edz Coangco, Nikki Viscara, Jay Luna, Bathara Monetero, Maggie Luntiang Amihan Escano, Flora Chloe, Dr. Ola Santos, and Beatrice Manuel.; of whom during those days when we start Luntiang Aghama are with me in learning the craft of the Wise. Personally I am thankful to the inspiration and works of Dr. Jaime Licauco and Mr. Tony Perez for opening up the science and art of metaphysics and mysticism in our country together with international personalities such as Silver Ravenwolf, Scott Cunningham, Raymond Buckland, Beverly Jaegers, DJ Conway, Selena Fox, Oberon Zell, and most specially to my now First Priest M. Rev. Donald Lewis of the Correllian Tradition of which I am a member with.
With the desire to learn the craft, internet has become a powerful tool in bringing information, communication and interaction with the well seasoned, prominent and elders of this art and sciences of the craft and by using the same technology, we keep and maintain an organization that has real time recognition from the Philippine Government as a Non Stock, Non Profit Religious Corporation Sole.
As we move forward, the Shrine envisions a just, peaceful and sustainable community of Filipino Pagans that are free to express our Faith and without fear of discrimination and unjust persecution just like the Dominant Religion in the Philippines.
But where are we going now?
For 15 years we have brought the Wisdom of the craft by providing seminars, lectures and workshop. We entertain queries and interviews for school papers, and even made to national radio and television. This year as we enter the 16th year of our existence, we will continue to provide seminars, lectures, trainings and workshop, but this time we will greatly emphasize on the practice of our new religion.
On our 16th Year we will make our seminar, workshop, lectures and trainings to produce more competent craft practitioners that could render the ministerial services to the people, to our community, to our environment and to our planet; A Minister that is driven by love that will make him or her effective in performing the ministry of maintaining Balance, Peace and Harmony to our Planet.
Members are encourage to participate in our advocacy of information awareness by using the religion they have now by writing it in public documents and other application papers they will sign up.
As a legal religious corporation sole that has judicial identity recognized by the Philippine Government, we now can provide Peaceful Religious Rituals that our members would need in their life.
As a Shrine we provide rituals of:
Esbat and Sabbat Celebration
House Cleansing and Blessings
Baby Naming and Dedication
Affirmation of Love
And other peaceful rites as need may arise.
The Shrine of Luntiang Aghama on our 16th year can now provide access to have a spiritual lineage through the Correllian Nativist Tradition of Wicca as the tradition has given us our Formal Shrine Charter. Study Materials of Correllian Witchcraft can be accessed through the Correllian Education Ministry Witch School International and by studying the Clergy Course will lead you to initiation and ordination as a First Degree Correllian Clergy up to High Priesthood. We believe that our identity is the manifestation of the Divine power into our life; and this manifestation should be reared and cultivated into each individual lives.
United Nations had declared the protection of the Freedom of religion as it was stated at the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights on 1948.
In Article 18, it states that:
" Everyone has the Right to FREEDOM OF THOUGHT, CONSCIENCE, AND RELIGION; this right includes FREEDOM TO CHANGE his/her religion or belief, and freedom either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or beliefs in teaching, practice, worship and observance."
The Republic of the Philippines constitution of 1987 also assure its citizens to enjoy the same FREEDOM of Religion as stated in Article III, Section 5, that says:
"No Law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF. The free exercise and enjoyment of religions, profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall be FOREVER BE ALLOWED. No religious test shall be required for the civil or political rights."
As a Clergy and Chief Priest of Luntiang Aghama, we claim this Freedom and Practice it with the assurance from the constitution of the republic and the declaration of the united nations. May everyone enjoy their practice of Religion and find the true FREEDOM within.
